Before we talk

These questions give me the basics before our call, so we can spend that time on the trip itself. It takes about four minutes. Rough answers are welcome, and “not sure yet” is always a fine answer.

First, you

The number I should call when we talk.

The trip

A country, a region, a trail, or a few places you’re weighing. A direction is all I need.

How settled is that?
What kind of trip do you have in mind?

Choose any that fit.

How active do you want this trip to be?

For example, “My sister and me” or “Six of us: four adults and two kids, ages 11 and 14.”

Timing

A month or season is enough, such as “late September 2027.”

About how long?
How much can your dates move?

Your home airport or city. If your group is coming from more than one place, list them all.

Investment

What total investment do you have in mind for this trip?

For everyone traveling, not including flights. A range is all I need, and we’ll talk about what it makes possible when we speak.

In your words

A milestone, a place you’ve wanted to see for years, something a friend said. A sentence or two is plenty.
